The adapter plates and all related products offered for sale on store.gurperformance.com, together with their designs, drawings, technical solutions and applications, are original designs belonging to GUR Performance and are protected as intellectual property.

The following acts concerning these products or their technical designs:

• Copying

• Duplication

• Reverse engineering

• Reproduction

• Commercial or non-commercial distribution

are strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of the rights holder.

If these rights are infringed, we reserve the right to pursue every legal remedy available under the intellectual property, unfair competition and commercial legislation in force.

GUR Performance actively protects all its designs and technical solutions against unauthorised use and reproduction.

The customer purchasing the products declares in advance that they do not accept any component being copied, redesigned, or reproduced for resale or custom manufacturing.

LEGAL NOTICE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the products sold on store.gurperformance.com are designed for:

• Off-road use

• Motorsport

• Custom or professional applications

These are the intended uses.

The installation, modification and use of the products are entirely the customer's responsibility.

For damage, failure or personal injury that may arise from:

• Incorrect installation

• Improper use

• Unauthorised modification

• Work carried out by third parties

In each of these cases, GUR Performance is not responsible.

Ensuring that the vehicle in which the products are used, and the modifications made, comply with the relevant local legislation and traffic regulations is the customer's responsibility.

The customer who purchases and uses the products declares that they know and accept these risks.

Limitation of Liability

The following damages are excluded:

• Indirect

• Incidental

• Consequential damages

GUR Performance cannot be held liable for them.

In any event, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

This protection applies worldwide under international intellectual property and unfair competition legislation.

Whether the purchased products comply with road use, emission, safety or racing regulations may vary from country to country.

It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the products are suitable for use on road-registered vehicles.

International Users

Your personal data may be transferred to servers, service providers, or logistics/payment infrastructures located outside Türkiye for the purpose of carrying out order and service processes.

store.gurperformance.com applies technical and administrative measures in line with applicable international data security standards for the protection of personal data.

Warranty

All our products are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty.

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Cases where the product does not match its description

These cases are covered.

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

• Misuse

• Incorrect or unauthorised installation

• Wear beyond normal wear and tear

• Use of the product contrary to its purpose

Warranty claims are handled together with the Return and Refund Policy.
