This Return Policy sets out the return and withdrawal conditions that apply to purchases made on store.gurperformance.com.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the ordered product is physically delivered to them, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
An order can be cancelled before it has been handed over to the carrier.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given within the period.

3. Return Conditions
Products to be returned must be:
Unused
In their original packaging, complete and undamaged
Sent together with the invoice / order number
All of these conditions must be met.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Returns can be sent by:
TNT / FedEx
The national postal service (PTT and similar)
Either option may be used.
The return shipping cost for returns under the right of withdrawal is borne by the buyer, unless we state otherwise in writing.
Returns sent without prior notice or by a method other than the one agreed may not be accepted.
5. Non-Conforming / Faulty Products
In the case of:
The wrong product being sent
Defective or damaged delivery
Incorrect compatibility information on the Site
the return shipping costs are covered by store.gurperformance.com.
6. Refunds
The refund process starts after the returned product has reached us and has been inspected.
Refunds are made only to the credit card used for payment, through the PayTR system.
No refund is made in cash, by bank transfer or by any other payment method.
The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank (usually 7-10 business days).
7. Exchanges
Products are not exchanged.
If a different product is requested, the current product must be returned and a new order placed.
8. Policy Changes
store.gurperformance.com reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time. The current text takes effect on the date it is published on the Site.
International Shipments
For international shipments, the delivery time may vary depending on customs procedures and local carriers.
Customs duties, import charges, local taxes and all similar costs are borne by the buyer. These amounts are not included in the product or shipping price.
International Returns
For international returns, the return shipping cost and customs costs are borne by the buyer, unless stated otherwise in writing.
No liability is accepted for delays caused by customs or for circumstances that prevent the return.
Refunds may vary from country to country depending on international card rules and banking processes.
